Movie Night for Indiana Seniors

Looking for an authentic event to share with your favorite senior?  Take a trip to The Historic Artcraft Theatre in Franklin, Indiana. (www.historicartcrafttheatre.org) This year the theatre is celebrating 90 years of entertainment and the Franklin Heritage Inc., continues the process of restoring the theatre back to its former glory.

Take a look at their schedule of classic films that are often tailored to the current season.  The concessions are awesome with an array of goodies, fresh popcorn and fountain cokes.  The ticket prices are affordable with discounts for children 12 and under, college students and seniors over 55.  The theatre has the option to order tickets online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Franklin, Indiana is full of unique dining opportunities.  Take a historic journey to Don’s and Dona’s and enjoy a home cooked meal before or after the movie.  The restaurant also offers an assortment of homemade pies and ice cream.  Look for the restaurant right around the corner from the theatre on the square downtown.

Experience the thrill of watching a classic movie like the patrons did the night of November 1st, 1922.  Take a trip down memory lane to The Historic Artcraft Theatre located at 57 N. Main Street.
